RobUrTee.com sells custom-designed apparel fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service. All orders are processed, printed, and shipped by Printful. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or errors in the fulfillment process once the order has been submitted to Printful.

Product descriptions, images, and sizing guides are provided for convenience, but we cannot guarantee that product colors or dimensions will appear exactly the same on every device or screen.

4. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Payment is required at checkout. We use third-party payment processors to handle secure transactions. RobUrTee.com does not store or directly process your credit card information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or errors in pricing or product information.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to fulfillment schedules, holidays, or issues with carriers. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at KTFKmail@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund or replacement request.
