Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at RobUrTee.com. We strive to provide high-quality, custom-made apparel through our print-on-demand partner. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by a third-party provider, Printful. Because of this, we do not keep inventory or accept returns based on buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or color preferences.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We will offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives:

  • With a manufacturing defect

  • Misprinted or significantly different from the product listing

  • Visibly damaged in transit

What to do:
Please email us at KTFKmail@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and defect

If approved, we’ll either replace the item or issue a refund based on your preference.

3. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item (wrong design, color, or size not matching your order), please contact us with the same documentation as above, and we will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.

4. Returns Not Accepted

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Incorrect size selection (please refer to our size guides carefully before purchasing)

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Minor variances in color due to screen differences

  • Delays related to shipping or fulfillment beyond our control

Each product is custom-made, so we are unable to restock or resell returned items.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placement, as most orders begin production quickly. Once the order is submitted to Printful, it cannot be changed or stopped.

6. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at KTFKmail@gmail.com.​
